Egg-in-a-hole – 12 minutes

Ingredients – 1 serving

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Slice of toast
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter

Prep – 5 minutes

  1. Heat pan on medium heat, place a desired amount of butter in pan
  2. Cut a hole in center of the slice of bread, use a cup to help

Cook – 5 minutes

  1. Place slice of bread in buttered pan, let sit for 2 minutes
  2. Crack egg into the hole, let sit for 3 minutes
  3. Flip for over easy egg-in-a-hole
  4. Enjoy!

Omelet in a Mug – 4 minutes 20 seconds

Ingredients – 1 serving

  • 2 Eggs
  • Cooked bacon bits, packaged works too
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • Shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1 Large microwave-safe mug
  • Milk
  • salt and pepper

Prep – 4 minutes

  1. Crack 2 eggs in a large mug
  2. Sprinkle in bacon bits, finely chopped chives, and shredded cheese
  3. Sprinkle in salt and pepper
  4. Splash of milk
  5. Scramble the mixture

Cook – 1 minute 20 seconds

  1. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir
  2. Microwave on high for 20 seconds and stir
  3. Microwave on high for 20 seconds
  4. Enjoy!
