Chicken Pesto Bake – 35 minutes

Ingredients – 2 servings

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Jar basil pesto of your choice
  • 2 Slices of tomato
  • 2 handfuls of shredded mozzarella

Prep – 5 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry, place on a baking sheet
  3. Spread basil pesto over each chicken breast
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella over each chicken breast
  5. Slice medium tomato, place 1 slice on each breast

Cook – 30 minutes

  1. Place baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle
  2. Enjoy!

Chicken Teriyaki – 20 minutes

Ingredients – 2 servings

  • 2 4oz Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Prep – 5 minutes

  1. Cube or slice chicken breasts
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil of your choice in a pan over medium-high heat

Cook – 15 minutes

  1. Sear pieces of chicken in pan until lightly brown on each side
  2. Incorporate 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Keep heat
  3. Stir continuously until combined and the sauce has thickened
  4. Enjoy!
