Homemade Bagel Bites – 22 minutes
Ingredients – 2 servings
- 1 Jar pizza of your choice
- 2 Mini bagels
- 2 handfuls of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 Slices of pepperoni
Prep – 3 minutes
- Slice mini bagels in half
- Place on a baking sheet
- Broil on low heat for a few minutes until lightly brown on top
- Remove from oven
- Spread pizza sauce on each mini bagel
- Sprinkle the desired amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on each mini bagel
- Place 2 pepperonis on each mini bagel
Cook – 19 minutes
- Bake on 350° F for 15 minutes.
- Broil on high for 4 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
- Enjoy!
Cacio e Pepe – 25 minutes
(No I cannot pronounce. Yes it is good.)
Ingredients – 4 servings
- 8 oz Spaghetti or long past of your choice
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese or grated
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Prep – 10 minutes
- Boil large pot of water, add a generous pinch of salt
- Cook 8 oz pasta
- Drain pasta, reserve 1 cup of pasta water
Cook – 15 minutes
- Put pasta and pour pasta water back into a pot on low heat
- Slowly add butter, cheese, and black pepper while stirring
- Stir continuously until it melts into a creamy texture
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
