Homemade Bagel Bites – 22 minutes

Ingredients – 2 servings

  • 1 Jar pizza of your choice
  • 2 Mini bagels
  • 2 handfuls of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 Slices of pepperoni

Prep – 3 minutes

  1. Slice mini bagels in half
  2. Place on a baking sheet
  3. Broil on low heat for a few minutes until lightly brown on top
  4. Remove from oven
  5. Spread pizza sauce on each mini bagel
  6. Sprinkle the desired amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on each mini bagel
  7. Place 2 pepperonis on each mini bagel

Cook – 19 minutes

  1. Bake on 350° F for 15 minutes.
  2. Broil on high for 4 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
  3. Enjoy!

Cacio e Pepe – 25 minutes

(No I cannot pronounce. Yes it is good.)

Ingredients – 4 servings

  • 8 oz Spaghetti or long past of your choice
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese or grated
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Prep – 10 minutes

  1. Boil large pot of water, add a generous pinch of salt
  2. Cook 8 oz pasta
  3. Drain pasta, reserve 1 cup of pasta water

Cook – 15 minutes

  1. Put pasta and pour pasta water back into a pot on low heat
  2. Slowly add butter, cheese, and black pepper while stirring
  3. Stir continuously until it melts into a creamy texture
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Enjoy!
